* Spectrum will mail equipment for an additional fee paid by resident.

* Spectrum will send a technician to deliver and install for an additional fee paid by resident.

• Spectrum TV Select and Standard Internet is free of charge and included.
• Any additional services, channels, or PPV will be billed directly to the resident.
• Equipment return and/or damaged equipment is the responsibility of the resident.
